Chancellor George Osborne visits the Port of Southampton

Solent Stevedores was delighted to welcome the Chancellor George Osborne for a tour of our facilities on his recent visit to the port as part of a funding announcement of £27m for the Solent area. The chancellor visited both bulk and fruit terminals during his visit and even tried his hand at moving bulk cargo in the Grain shed.
