At Marina Bay in Singapore, a key Asian cruise hub, Solent Stevedores handles a further 250 turnaround calls annually - the combined total of which makes us a global leader in the provision of stevedoring services to the cruise industry.
Our full time cruise department and experienced management team are dedicated to providing the highest levels of customer service to cruise lines and their guests, including mooring operations, baggage handling, stores handling, mobility assistance and porterage services. A fleet of over 50 state-of-the-art machines and other specialist equipment, fabricated in-house, ensures these services are achieved seamlessly.
The Solent Stevedores team understands the importance of providing an outstanding service in a safe environment. The company consistently strives to improve the service offered to customers through innovation, investment, feedback, and through measuring performance. As well as a highly trained and experienced workforce, Solent Stevedores is accredited to ISO9001 and ISO14001 Quality and Environmental standards.

Cruise Vessel Support services for ships including Mooring Services and Crew Training for "on board" handling equipment.
Each year, Solent Stevedores provides baggage handling, portering, provisioning and mooring services to more than 400 cruise ship turnaround calls at the Port of Southampton.
We provide a wide range of supporting services to operators including P&O Cruises, Princess Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Line, Saga Cruises and Fred Olsen Cruise Lines.
10hrs later, at 16.30hrs the cruise ship, passengers and crew leave the port fully stocked for the onward journey, including:

Following the acquisition of Nam Seng Cargo in 2018, Solent Stevedores provides Cruise turnaround and support services at both the Marina Bay Cruise Centre, and Singapore Cruise.

The Marina Bay terminal, opened in 2012 is located at Marina South and has deep waters, a large turning basin and no height restrictions.

The International Passenger Terminal at Singapore Cruise was originally built in 1991 and upgraded in 1998 by the Port of Singapore Authority. It serves small to medium sized cruise liners.
