Phoebe has been part of the team for around five years in our Southampton operations, starting in the maintenance and repair team where she successfully completed a three-year Heavy Duty Vehicle Mechanic apprenticeship course.
Moving into a different part of the operations, Phoebe recently started a City and Guilds in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning where she combines college theory days with learning the practical ropes at Solent Rail Terminal.
With her college days being a highlight of her learning, Phoebe is also looking forward to getting stuck into the practical elements as her knowledge develops. Over the course of her apprenticeship, Phoebe hopes to focus on inspecting each of the Reefer containers coming into the port to ensure they are held to a high standard.
