TATE & LYLE SUGARS REFINERY, SILVERTOWN, LONDON
Solent Stevedores unloads up to 600,000 tonnes of raw cane sugar annually for Tate & Lyle Sugars at their refinery on the River Thames at Silvertown, East London.
Solent Stevedores provides a round-the-clock service, handling approximately 25 vessels each year at the Silvertown refinery, with cargoes ranging in size from 6,500 to 40,000 Tonnes.

Vessels are discharged by two NDC Rail mounted Dockside cranes achieving discharge tonnages of up to 500 Tonnes per hour.
